Extens\u00e3o do Regime Excecional:<\/strong><\/p><ul><li>O regime excecional de reembolso de PPR e PPRE, conforme estabelecido na <a href=\"https:\/\/diariodarepublica.pt\/dr\/detalhe\/lei\/19-2022-202455960\">Lei n.\u00ba 19\/2022<\/a>, foi prolongado at\u00e9 31 de dezembro de 2024 pelo Or\u00e7amento de Estado para 2024.<\/li><\/ul><p>\u00a0<\/p><p style=\"margin-left: 14.2pt; text-indent: -14.2pt; padding-left: 40px;\"><b>2. Motivos para Reembolso e Limites Atualizados:<\/b><\/p><ul><li>Os reembolsos podem ser realizados por motivos de infla\u00e7\u00e3o, pagamento de cr\u00e9dito \u00e0 habita\u00e7\u00e3o e amortiza\u00e7\u00e3o de empr\u00e9stimo para cr\u00e9dito \u00e0 habita\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/li><li>O limite anual de IAS (Indexante dos Apoios Sociais) foi aumentado de 12 para 24 IAS, com o valor do IAS em 2024 fixado em 509,26\u20ac.<\/li><\/ul><p>\u00a0<\/p><p style=\"margin-left: 14.2pt; text-indent: -14.2pt; padding-left: 40px;\"><b>3.<span style=\"font-variant-numeric: normal; Roman';\">\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 <\/span><\/b><b>Procedimentos para Reembolso:<\/b><\/p><ul><li>Os pedidos de reembolso devem respeitar os limites estabelecidos e podem ser aplicados de forma cumulativa entre diferentes tipos de reembolsos.<\/li><li>\u00c9 importante que as empresas e colaboradores estejam cientes das regras espec\u00edficas, incluindo a declara\u00e7\u00e3o do limite mensal do IAS em pedidos de reembolso.<\/li><\/ul><p>\u00a0<\/p><p style=\"margin-left: 14.2pt; text-indent: -14.2pt; padding-left: 40px;\"><b>5.<span style=\"font-variant-numeric: normal; font-variant-east-asian: contratos de cr\u00e9dito de habita\u00e7\u00e3o pr\u00f3pria e permanente.<\/li><li>A <a style=\"text-indent: -18pt;\" href=\"https:\/\/diariodarepublica.pt\/dr\/detalhe\/lei\/82-2023-835864042\">Lei n\u00ba 82\/2023<\/a><span style=\"text-indent: -18pt;\"> reafirma a extens\u00e3o do regime e o ajuste no limite m\u00e1ximo anual de IAS.<\/span><\/li><\/ul><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>\u00c9 fundamental que
